I needed to replace my Yamaha receiver that suddenly stopped working after 4 years. I was going to replace it with another Yamaha but realised it wouldn't fit the space I have for it. Unfortunately that was after placing the order for it. I contacted Todd's via the chat to alert them to the issue. After identifying the receiver they had that would fit the space, I did a search on the model and found it cheaper at another store. Todd's happily cancelled the Yamaha purchase and price matched on the Marantz - fantastic service and they were helpful throughout. Now that I've got the amp plugged in I can stay the set up was easy, although in setting up, I had knocked another cable out of place. Once I identified and rectified that, the sound through the speakers was a massive upgrade on the Yamaha - granted it was a different price point, but the warmth in the sound made me play some CD's - very happy with the sound, well worth it. I'm happy to recommend Todd's and the Marantz amplifier!
